Almost almost been a month since I started training in ikea, the truth is that everyday I pass it better, now that we have presented 100 thousand times and we all know enough (at least my group) is really fantastic.
The classes are very dynamic and open us to participate in all possible and this gives rise to many jokes and more laughter, we learn pretty quickly, I think this type of training is ideal for you to enter things better and does not become boring the 9 hours we spent there.
We have given a English dictionary, ikea, ikea-English xD, very nearly ikea dream, my mother says is a sect
xD I have not yet anecdotes own call center, but some told by the teachers, as a girl was more than an hour trying to put a cabinet in a mini xDD or wanted to return a leather sofa by saying that her cat was smart and not scratched skin and the sofa I had bought if jajaja (if skin was xD)
The better part of my compis, it's 2 hours of English that we daily pass me the pipe and not make me boring at the moment because I hear everything quite well, we are learning numbers, verb to be, parts of home (very important!) greetings and some other things.
Also I have 3 colleagues who speak Catalan and lends me to practice it with someone else other than my mom and my
