1 º day in Ikea 1 st day of training in ikea, and the truth is that I have been very dissappointed, it was great! AL
get 75 people waited at the entrance of the building where we will conduct training, just next to the store but not in the same block, we have called in blocks of 18 people and we have divided into different classrooms.
The first surprise to find the empty classroom, with a lot of boxes, haha \u200b\u200bif that's what you think, we have had to assemble each chair and then to all 18 tables there all morning haha \u200b\u200bgive you stick with the Allen wrench while xD
rode a few laughs with " teacher "who is Catalan,) we have submitted all and little else.
Then at 11 we have lunch, cranberry juice (I have not tried) and some chocolate biscuits ah! and chocolates. After 20 minutes to eat pipis, cigarillos and other quick call, I mean free time (as well as at school).
From 12h to 13h we have been giving away goodies, 2 ikea blue poles, backpack, pens, retuladores, posits, folders, notebooks and fluorescent, each one a set, we have explained a bit how it works shop and eat!
All togheter we went to Ikea, the canteen staff, we have found a rather large sign welcoming us and informing smaller one that had started the training course, who had received CV 3000 had been made 270 interviews and selected 75 people. Everyone has been very kind to us, we delivered the tiket of diets and we sat to eat, it's great not having to prepare tapers every day and that there are 3 first, 3 seconds and different salads dessert drink coffee, all free;)))
the two have returned to our building and each in its class, we have given a couple of magazines and a few newspapers, have left us to choose the color of cardboard and a pair of scissors and a glue pot we had to make each a collage of ourselves, when we have all gone, we expose touched ahead of others and at the end have sent us hang on the wall, so when you walk into the classroom seem to be giving kindergarten class instead of a training course was brutal!
Today I've had a great time, and tomorrow we will explain the philosophy ikea!

worst of days .... Public transport almost 3 hours to get home, train bus train bus € € € € € that crazy! and I miss the tmb xDD I never thought I would, but be comfortable when there is a subway, train, bus every 8 minutes aissss!
