1 º Dia de Nieve Fideua
Since I live here in the north that I have to cook, before not to much but it's something that I dislike.
Today was the first time my in-laws have come to eat and of course wanted to show off for the occasion, so I echo fideua.
I thought it would be more difficult but is very easy and requires little time.
Our fideua has been poor, you know that the times could not ask for more.
FIDEUA for 4.
Ingredients: Olive oil
salt 1 / 2 onion 6 garlic
2 tomatoes 2 green peppers
250 gr. Sepia
4 4 prawns prawns
12 clams
12 mussels
and most importantly "the fumet" you can make it home or can be practiced like me and buy a brick of fish stock xD
Step 1, take the pan and pour enough olive oil to fire strong, then you stick the cuttlefish strips, golden brown when you take it out, then the clams when opening the bags, then the shrimps and prawns, just round and round, so you take.
Step 2, The Fumet, put it to heat until boiling.
Step 3, in the same oil fry the vegetables (all finely chopped) and noodles, can be anything from number 0 to number 5, I recommend those for 2. When the noodles are fried and tan top with the fish stock and put the bugs. Leave everything for about 15 minutes over high heat.
Step 4, put it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to grill.
The all-i-oli, do not miss the fideua, so good if you know it a mortar, a fierce soys xD I do it with the blender, 1 egg (room temperature) 200 or with oil 300ml sunflower ( but is very strong) 2 GARLIC and a little salt. We start with the blender all the way down (so the recipient) at low speed, once we see that it begins to curdle and go up the speed gradually, until this.
